而對方覺得除了經歷太嫩不太符合之外,其他還可以接受
要求我補交一篇英文短文來證明writing能力
我整個就是瘋了

怎麼可能怎麼那麼快怎麼辦啊

幸運的,這段時間我又認識一群好人
同學Angel鼓勵我相信自己就上吧
老師Wayne問我要不要協助修改
儘管失業,我還是很幸福的

回家默默寫了二小時,確認沒拼字文法錯誤
就把它寄出去給獵人公司了
然後再寫了封mail給Wayne,謝謝他
附上那篇短文,請他當成作業用力批吧

唉,我也還是這麼笨的
In my opinion, sharing work knowledge has three key points: environment, skills, and attitude. I am like to share my work knowledge very much. It means even I am not in this position or in office, work still can be done. So the hardest part is how to share. Because sharing work knowledge is quietly like on job training, to teach someone on working time. But this someone is my coworker, we are in the equal position. He, or she may dislike to be taught.

The first point, choosing a comfortable environment. What kind of environment is comfortable, it depends on the subject what we will share is seriously, or easily. Usually we use the meeting room, because it’s big and quiet enough. But sometime it makes people feel stressed. They can’t concentrate on the content of work knowledge which I want to share with them. So when I want share work knowledge, and the knowledge is not very serious, I will use the small rest room.

The second point, using communicated skills, which concludes two parts: saying, and listening. When I share work knowledge with my coworkers, I usually slow down my speak speed to make each word clearly. Then I listen they say, to figure out do they catch what I say, or what they think. Do they misunderstand I mean? I have to find another way to explain.

The third point, good attitude. Sometimes we think we are share knowledge, but the coworkers they just don’t accept. We wonder why. It may because the attitude. We show our pride unconsciously, it does make them feel upset. So I always remind myself: smile, smile, and smile. Most people didn’t hate a person with smile, they would much like listen what he say.

After all, the three key points: environment, skills, and attitude. They make sharing work knowledge are not too hard, most times.
